In this first session, you’ll begin reconnecting with the part of you that feels steady, clear, and present — even in a fast-moving world.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What it truly means to be grounded.
• Why grounding matters more than ever today.
• Simple practices to help you return to yourself.
• Reflection prompts that deepen clarity, awareness, and self-trust.
This is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and begin building a more anchored relationship with yourself.

Each session is created to help you slow down, feel more grounded, and connect in a way that feels real.
You can expect:
• A guided lesson or reflection

You won’t be pressured to share or perform. You’ll be gently invited to participate at your own pace, in a way that feels comfortable for you.

The L.E.G.O. Club is hosted by Think Wellness, a practice grounded in holistic well-being, personal growth, and meaningful human connection.
At the heart of Think Wellness is Pauline Bell, Founder, Director, and primary clinical practitioner. With a background in Guidance and Counselling, certifications in Advanced Life Skills Coaching and Spiritual Coaching, and experience in both clinical care and holistic wellness, Pauline brings a grounded, compassionate approach to creating spaces that support reflection, connection, and personal growth.
Think Wellness is further supported by a thoughtful leadership team, including Shannon Wilson, Director, whose academic background in English and ongoing studies in Nutrition reflect the organization’s commitment to clear communication and holistic wellness, and Kirk-Waldo Wilson, Director, who holds a degree in Medical Sciences and brings an evidence-informed perspective to quality and care.
Together, their combined backgrounds help shape a safe, supportive, and intentionally designed experience for those seeking greater groundedness, connection, and well-being.
